Amanda Jensen, M.S., PA-C, earned her undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University and completed physician assistant training at Western University, graduating with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree in 2003.  Amanda is board-certified by the National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the State of California.

Amanda enjoys all areas of dermatology including general, pediatric, surgical, and cosmetic & laser dermatology.  Her interests include skin cancer screenings, surgical procedures, and cosmetics.  Since founding the Skin & Beauty Bar in 2017, Amanda spent over 20 years practicing clinical and cosmetic dermatology in Westlake Village and before that she spent a year at the Las Vegas Skin & Cancer Center where her scope of practice included skin cancer treatment, mole evaluations, and other rare dermatologic conditions.  She is also a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and remains highly active and current on dermatological trends by visiting multiple industry and corporate events around the US throughout the year.

Amanda and her husband enjoy snowmobiling and wine tasting. They live in Moorpark with their two kids and two cats, Palmer and Preston.

Crystal Trigger, M.M.S., PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who completed her graduate degree in Medical Science and Physician Assistant studies from Stanford University School of Medicine in 2015. She participated in a three-year apprenticeship with Amanda Jensen, PA-C to master her facial rejuvenation craft. Additionally, she has over five years of urgent care and primary care experience that enables her to easily identify and address any complications or emergencies should they arise. During her tenure here, Crystal formulated our wellness treatments, implemented best-in-class pain management for our facial rejuvenation procedures, and hired and trained our nursing staff. Her greatest passion is helping women from her hometown feel and look their best.

Crystal is a Moorpark native and lives in Simi Valley with her husband and three kids. They absolutely adore their two mini Australian Shepherds and a cat.

Dr. Yuly Gorodisky is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon known for his artistic eye, advanced surgical techniques, and patient-centered approach to aesthetic surgery. He earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed extensive postgraduate training through residencies in both General Surgery and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He is licensed to practice medicine in the State of California.

Dr. Gorodisky is recognized for combining innovation with meticulous attention to detail. He remains deeply committed to staying at the forefront of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery through ongoing education and refinement of advanced surgical techniques. His practice is built on a foundation of safety, precision, and natural-looking results tailored to each individual patient.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Gorodisky enjoys traveling, the arts, and spending time with his wife and two children in Southern California.

Mia Rauschenberger, RN, earned her Nursing degree from California State University at Channel Islands in 2023. Mia takes great pride in her laser and microneedling treatments as well as helping patients feel their best while administering IV infusions and vitamin injections.

Mia is a Moorpark native and loves working down the street from where she grew up.

Tracy Gooch, LE is trained in Advanced Esthetics and holds a Certificate in Spa & Hospitality Management from UC Irvine.  She has over 20 years’ experience as a Licensed Esthetician.  Tracy specializes in HydraFacial treatments, custom anti-aging solutions, corrective facials, and targeted peels. Whether she’s working hands-on with clients or mentoring fellow professionals, her goal is always the same:  to blend science, care, and a little bit of magic to help each person feel confident and radiant in their skin.

Tracy and her husband Steve live in Agoura Hills. They love traveling and spending time with family and their dog.
